In this particular project involving press machines, delivery order was crucial for the installation process. We accommodated our client's delivery preference and customized our load plan accordingly. Due to limited storage space at the delivery site, we delivered the first half of the project and stored the remaining cargo at the Port of Savannah until our client was ready to receive it. We negotiated storage time and rates with the Port of Savannah on behalf of our client's best interests.

Our clients benefit from real-time visibility into their shipments as we proactively communicate daily updates. We provide information on delivered items, items loaded onto trucks, and items pending loading at the port. We coordinate with the port authority to share the load plan and arrange crane appointments when necessary. Each driver is equipped with a detailed facility map indicating the entrance, waiting area, and unloading area.
